The Creditors who have proved their debts under a commission  of  Bankrupt  award  and  issued  forth  against  Robert Woolliscroft and William Woolliscroft, both of Manchester, in the County of Lancashire, Cotton Manufactures, Dealers, Chapmen and Copartners, Bankrupts, are desired to meet the Assignees of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupts, on the 16th Day of September next, at Four O’Clock in the Afternoon, at the Star Inn, in Manchester aforesaid, to authorize and empower the Assignees of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupts, to sell and dispose of, to any person or persons whomsoever, and either by public auction or private contract, and for such sum and sums of money, and payable  at such time or times, and in such manner as the said Assignnees may think proper and shall be able to obtain for the same, the estate and interest of the said Bankrupt William Woolliscroft, for the life of Ann his wife, of, in, and to certain messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments, situate, and being in the County of York; and also authorize and empower the said Assignees to adjust, liquidate, compound for, receive and settle the rents due, and to become due to the said Assignees, in respect of the said premises, or any part thereof, or any matter, cause, or thing, in any wise relating to the said premises.
